The cancellation of the fixed booking is liable to the following penalty

a) 60 – 30 days before the planned date of arrival – 20% of the total for the booking

b) 20 – 30 days before the planned date of arrival – 40% of the total for the booking
c) 20 – 10 days before the planned date of arrival – 50% of the total for the booking
d) 10 – 5 days before the planned date of arrival – 75% of the total for the booking
e) less than 5 days before the planned date of arrival – 100% of the total for the booking
In case of cancellation of the booking for individuals less than 48 hours before the day of arrival the penalty corresponds to the price for the first day of reserved booking.The same penalty belongs to the hostel in case of no realization of the booking without any previous cancelling.The penalty is payble at the moment of delivering the cancellation notification or 1 day aftter the no realized arrival (in 14 days the latest).
